I have been handed my SQL assignment for this term and it looks ok at first glance a software support system that handles telephone email and web based requests from companies with service contracts.

I am really enjoying SQL, I am really starting to click with this way of setting up databases.

This is a group assignment and I am happy with the three other group members. We have had an initial meeting to set out the requirements of the system, we will now push forward to ensure the a third normal form model is created.
